App: Intentt (package com.intentt)
Effective date: 17 July 2026 · Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and the developer of Intentt ("we", "us"). By installing or using Intentt, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Intentt on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Please don't: copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app (except where the law expressly permits it); rent, lease, sublicense, sell or redistribute it; remove or obscure any ownership notices; or use it for anything unlawful.
Intentt is free to download. Some features are unlocked by Intentt Pro, a one-time in-app purchase — it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
Everything you create in Intentt — your tasks, habits, notes and history — belongs to you. Intentt stores it only on your device; we do not collect, transmit or have any access to it. See the Privacy Policy.
Because your data lives on your device, you are responsible for backing it up. Intentt includes an export/backup feature in Settings. We are not able to recover data lost through device loss, damage, reset, or uninstalling the app.
Intentt schedules reminders using Android's alarm and notification system. Delivery depends on your device — battery optimisation, "auto-start" restrictions, Do Not Disturb, power-saving modes and manufacturer software can delay or block notifications. Please don't rely on Intentt for anything safety-critical, medical, or time-critical (for example medication or emergency reminders). See the Help & FAQ for how to make reminders more reliable on your phone.
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. Updates are delivered through Google Play.
Intentt includes third-party open-source components, each under its own licence. See Open-source Licenses.
Intentt is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or missed commitments arising from your use of (or inability to use) Intentt. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date, and called out in the app's update notes where appropriate. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
